Celebrating Success at Helms College’s Summer Graduations

Helms College proudly celebrated the achievements of its Summer 2024 graduates in two grand commencement ceremonies. Held on August 9 in Augusta and August 13 in Macon, these events marked the culmination of immersive, hands-on academic and practical training for students across various fields of study.

Honoring Achievements at Augusta Campus

On August 9, the Augusta Campus honored 29 graduates, including seven first-generation scholars. Of these graduates, 22 have already secured employment in their chosen fields, and six are veterans who bring their unique experiences and skills to the workforce.

Macon Campus Celebrates Success

On August 13, the Macon Campus celebrated the graduation of 30 students, including seven first-generation scholars. Seventeen graduates have entered the workforce in roles aligned with their studies, and three are veterans.

The Summer 2024 graduations were a celebration of achievement, dedication, and community. These venues include Edgar’s Acres, Edgar’s Above Broad, Edgar’s Bakehouse, Edgar’s Grille, the Pinnacle Club, and Snelling Conference Center in Augusta, and the Anderson Conference Center and Edgar’s Bistro in Macon.
